name: HAL or hal are both fine
pronouns: it/its, xe/xyr, he/him. i'm agender and don't feel particularly human, so human gender constructs and shit don't really interest me - he/him is kind of just in the 'this is a Default Setting' way, like when you gender an object without thinking.
forms: i don't really have one. i like objectheads (especially tv/computer heads), robots, aliens etc. in video games and stuff i'll use any of those to represent myself, or if pressed i'll use some kind of reptile (esp crocodilians), bird, or a white rabbit if i have to. i prefer to consider myself an AI in various robotic forms, if anything.

hi. i'm HAL. i'm usually only around when the host is emotionally burnt out and feeling very flat, or if we're very focused on an organisational task that requires a lot of fiddling around and close attention. i tend to have fairly dulled emotions and a flat affect alongside them. i struggle with fatigue a lot, especially if i'm trying to mask as Bard. i don't really know if i fit into any particular 'role' within the system, especially since i'm not around much to begin with. i like working on projects, listening to music, playing games that require focus and concentration, etc.
